Cancellation Policy

General Policy

Order cancellations are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by Edmac. Approved cancellations may incur charges.

Cancellation Request Process

Submit request via email to [email protected] and include:
Sales Order Number and/or Customer PO Number
Part Number(s) and Quantity
Reason for Cancellation Request

Note: Once parts have shipped from Edmac or it's vendors, all items fall under the Return Policy.

Cancellation Charges

May include incurred costs, vendor commitments, and restocking fees.
Charges or cancellation fees will not exceed item purchase price.

Stock vs. Non-Stock Item Cancellations

Stock items may be cancelled before shipment if within inventory limits.
Non-stock or special-order items are generally non-cancellable unless Edmac vendor approved.

Non-Cancellable Orders

With all other terms and conditions met, and barring special circumstances, certain items are excluded from any allowance for order cancellation. These include, but not limited to:

Electrical parts (always non-returnable)
Non-stock or special-order items
Parts noted as Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NCNR) on Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, or Acknowledgements
Low-value parts: Any part valued at a customer cost of $50 or less.
Used or secondhand parts, kits, or products
Printed matter (manuals, instructions, documentation)
Obsolete or superseded parts
Dangerous goods: Including but not limited to paint, thinner, gases, liquids, batteries, grease, oil
Opened spare part kits -- only unopened kits will be accepted
Kits with modified or changed Bills of Material (BOM)
